Pregnancy and birth can affect your pelvic floor and deep core system resulting in pelvic floor issues such as: incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti abdominis and pelvic pain syndromes.
This 4-week in-person, progressive yoga series lays the foundation for re-establishing your deep core and pelvic floor awareness, connection and function. You will learn how to relax and release your pelvic floor, build strength and resilience in your pelvic floor and decrease low back and pelvic pain.

Yoga For All Stages of Postpartum!
For healing purposes, you must be a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum to attend, however, past the 6 week mark, this series is beneficial for all stages of postpartum, whether you are newly postpartum or 20+ years postpartum! It's never too late to reconnect to you deep core and pelvic floor.
No previous yoga experience is required. Babies of all ages are welcome to attend.
